How to setup key fields for each document

  1. In the Recognic Console, go to ‘Configuration & Settings’ & then click on the ‘Domain’ for which you want to set up key fields for.

  2. Once you click on the ‘Domain’ a pop-up will appear which shows available documents, select the documents from there and click on ‘Save & Next’

  3. Now the popup will show the list of documents, click on the document and select the key fields in that document to set the configuration for each document.

  4. Click on ‘Save’ to complete the setup of key fields for each document

Managing users in IAM

  1. Adding a new user: To add a new user on the console, click on ‘Add New User’ CTA on the top right corner & enter the details required to add a new user in the popup shown, once entered click on ‘Add User’ to complete the process

  2. Edit/Delete a user: To edit a user from the console, just click on the ‘insert edit icon here’ & edit the details of a user in the popup shown, once edited click on ‘Update User’ to complete the process. To delete a user from the console, just click on the ‘insert_delete_icon_here’ and click ‘Yes’.

How to setup SFTP connection from the platform

  1. To set up a new SFTP connection, go to ‘Configuration & Settings’ & click on ‘Add New SFTP Configuration’

  2. Enter the details required to add a new sftp connection in the popup shown, once entered click on ‘Test Connection’ to complete the process

  3. If all the details are correctly entered and verified you’ll see a message on the screen saying ‘Connection established successfully’

Managing version history logs in configuration

  1. Go to ‘Configuration & Settings’ & click on ‘View Details’

  2. Now switch to the ‘Configuration History’ tab to see the log of all the versions

  3. The current version will be highlighted with a tag which says ‘Current Version’, to see the detailed configuration in each version click on the ‘down_arrow_icon’ present in the extreme right corner

  4. Editing a version: Click on the ‘Overflow_Menu_icon’ > Click on ‘Edit this version’

  5. Restoring a previous version: Click on the ‘Overflow_Menu_icon’ > Click on ‘Restore this version’

How to upload documents on the console from your device/Gdrive/SFTP

  1. Go to ‘Standalone’ > Select ‘Domain’ (Eg. BFSI) > Select ‘Document type’ (Eg. KYC) > Click on ‘Upload File’ > Select option from which you want to upload:

  2. Upload from device: Click on ‘Upload file’ > You can either drag & drop the file on the screen or click on ‘Browse from your device’

  3. Upload via Google drive: Click on ‘Upload file’ > Select ‘Upload via Google drive’ > Click on ‘Select file’ > Sign-in from your google account & allow recognic.ai to access your google drive > Select file you want to upload > Click on ‘Upload File’

  4. Upload using SFTP: Click on ‘Upload file’ > Select ‘Upload using SFTP’ > Browse the connected directory & select a folder to upload

How to download the extraction output in JSON/XML/CSV format

  1. Go to ‘Standalone’ > Scroll down to ‘Upload History’ > click on ‘Download_icon’ > Select the output format (Eg. JSON) > File will be downloaded automatically

  1. Refer the status codes published in API documentation to identify document_type, format_type, key fields extracted in each document & various status/error codes which are as follows:

How to identify reasons for error in failure scenarios

  1. Go to ‘Standalone’ > Scroll down to ‘Upload History’ > Click on a row to see the details of the extraction performed on that document > Now you’ll be able to see the failure reasons

How to check the status of previously uploaded documents

  1. Go to ‘Standalone’ > Scroll down to ‘Upload History’ > Status of all documents are shown in a separate column in the ‘Upload History’

  1. Go to ‘Performance Analysis’ > In the classification overview section you’ll be able to see the classification percentage

  1. Go to ‘Performance Analysis’ > In the extraction overview section you’ll be able to see the projected confidence score, which is nothing but the percentage upto which the console is able to extract data from documents

How to identify major reasons for failure on documents

  1. Go to ‘Performance Analysis’ > In the extraction overview section you’ll be able to see the failure reasons for all the documents that have failed

How to view accuracy over a time period

  1. Go to ‘Performance Analysis’ > Click on the Lifetime accuracy graph section to view the variation of accuracy over a time period

How to check on latency in document processing

  1. Go to ‘Performance Analysis’ > In the extraction overview section you’ll be able to see the processing time of each document taken by the console to extract data from it.

Membership Status

How to renew/top-up/upgrade your license

  1. Renew Licence: Go to ‘Membership Status’ > In the ‘Licence Details’ section > Click on ‘Renew Licence’ > Click on ‘Submit Request’ > Request will be submitted to the Super Admin for approval once the request is approved renewed licence will be reflected in the ‘Licence Details’ section

  2. Top-up Credits: Go to ‘Membership Status’ > In the ‘Monthly Consumption’ section > Click on ‘Top-up Credits’ > Enter the volume of top-up credits > Click on ‘Submit Request’ > Request will be submitted to the Super Admin for approval, Once the request is approved updated credits will be reflected in the ‘Licence Details’ section

  3. Upgrade Licence: Go to ‘Membership Status’ > In the ‘Licence Details’ section > Click on ‘Upgrade Licence’ > Select ‘Licence Type’ >Click on ‘Submit Request’ > Request will be submitted to the Super Admin for approval once the request is approved upgraded licence will be reflected in the ‘Licence Details’ section

How to check license renew/top-up/upgrade status

  1. Go to ‘Membership Status’ > Click on ‘View Licence History’ > ‘Licence History’ side popup will show the status of all the requests submitted
